Automatic pallet changing facility with pallet magazine.

Our automatic pallet changer or re-palletizer allows you to transfer goods received on wooden pallets on company-own hygiene pallets without manual intervention. Conversely, you can also transfer goods ready for shipping from your own aluminum, wooden or plastic pallets on shipping pallets. An optional intermediate plate system protects your goods and allows pushing also demanding products on wooden or hygiene pallets.

Handling

Automatic re-palletizing

The pallet changer as a buffer between logistics and GMP.

Fully automatic transfer of the load from the logistics pallet onto the cleanroom pallet enables raw materials to enter the GMP zone. In the opposite direction the product is gently transferred to the logistics pallet by the intermediate sheet function. The empty pallets can be fed and discharged as stacks.
