Compliance and anonymous whistleblower system

Working Together for Fair Practices

Corporate compliance means that a company and its employees adhere to applicable rules and regulations. This includes compliance with laws, regulatory standards, and internal and external guidelines.

For the Müller Group, compliance with rules is an absolute must. This includes the Müller companies’ commitment to fair competition, respect for all national and international laws, and the rejection of and active opposition to discrimination of any kind. The Müller Group does not tolerate corruption, bribery, or price-fixing, and takes care to avoid conducting business based on illegal practices.

Promoting Open Communication: Our New Reporting System for All Stakeholders

Employees, customers, and suppliers are encouraged to actively report potential errors or problems. The sooner issues are reported, the better potential problems can be identified and resolved early on. In addition to the traditional methods of reporting issues directly to Müller companies, a reporting system has been established that also allows for anonymous reports.

Here’s how to access the platform with the reporting system:

Reports received will be handled confidentially by a person not involved in day-to-day operations. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Müller Group will ensure that all reports are carefully reviewed and will direct that appropriate measures be taken.

The Müller Group thanks its employees, customers, and suppliers for their support and commitment to upholding integrity and transparency within the Müller Group.
