In addition to the traditional methods of reporting issues directly to Müller companies, a reporting system has been established that also allows for anonymous reports.

Reports received will be handled confidentially by a person not involved in day-to-day operations. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Müller Group will ensure that all reports are carefully reviewed and will direct that appropriate measures be taken.
