In today's times of worldwide logistics and production processes, using standard container sizes or models is not always possible. Special solutions meeting the exact need of the customer are required. This may relate to the shape, dimensions or approval criteria for hazardous goods transport.

The decades of experience in the development and manufacture of high-quality steel packaging allows Müller Packaging to assess realistically already during the preliminary clarifications whether the customer needs can be fulfilled expediently or if the project must be realized at best in a limited way.
If there are no production technology concerns, the design department creates a detailed proposal drawing. A sample is produced according to this drawing – often in elaborate handwork, prior to an actual series production. These samples are used to discuss the first results with the customer and, if need be, to conduct the type examination.
The short distances and the cohesive Packaging team allow designing and manufacturing the tools required for series production both quickly and in perfect quality. It is thus possible to start-up a first production line after only a few weeks.
