Laurin Pfiffner, Alexandra Schürch, Mario Birrer, and Harish Shantanu Sureshharan have reached an important milestone.
Laurin completed his training as a polymechanic (EFZ) at the Münchenstein location with a grade of 4.8. Alexandra, as an IT specialist (EFZ), achieved the outstanding grade of 5.5 and finished at the top of her class. Mario Birrer, an automation technician EFZ at the Reiden location, achieved a grade of 4.7. Harish Shantanu Sureshharan completed his business administration training in Münchenstein with a grade of 4.75 and earned his vocational baccalaureate.
Professional and Personal Growth
The years of training have given these four young professionals far more than just technical knowledge.
What seemed unfamiliar and challenging on their first day of work is now part of their everyday professional routine. They analyze errors, work independently on machines and systems, plan their tasks carefully, and confidently share their opinions.
In the process, they have learned that good solutions sometimes take time. Thorough preparation, patience, and a step-by-step approach lead to success even with complex tasks. Equally important are clear planning and reliable documentation. They provide clarity, facilitate collaboration, and help everyone stay calm even under time pressure.

Roland Tanner, Managing Director of Müller Packaging, extends his heartfelt congratulations to the four graduates: “Laurin, Alexandra, Mario, and Harish have learned a great deal, taken on responsibility, and grown significantly both professionally and personally. Their successful completion of their programs and their outstanding results make us proud. I wish them much joy, curiosity, and success as they continue on their professional paths.”
He also extends his thanks to the vocational trainers, as a successful apprenticeship is a team effort. Vocational trainers guide these young people with extensive expertise and personal dedication. They encourage, challenge, and place their trust in them.
