On October 25, 2024, the shareholders visited Florin AG in Muttenz with their partners and representatives of the Board of Directors. Florin, known for its high-quality edible oils, fats and margarines, can look back on over 80 years of success. They supply not only the catering and food industries, but also the retail trade with their first-class products.
During a tour of the company, the family members had the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the new, modern production facility. The innovative intralogistics, which is characterized by a sophisticated, efficient networking of all processes, was impressive.To this end, Müller Processing planned the integrated intralogistics system from packaging to the distribution system, fully automated palletizing using robotics to the connection to the existing high-bay warehouse and coordinated between all trades.The new system, which also includes Müller Processing's own components, significantly increases Florin AG's production flexibility.

The family members were impressed by the efficient processes and the high quality that is practiced at Florin.The insights into the production process and the exchange with the employees on site enriched their understanding of how edible oils, fats and margarines are produced today.
After Florin, the group of Müller shareholders, family members and members of the Board of Directors visited the Pantheon classic car museum in Muttenz.
