Müller DrumTec celebrates eight times anniversary of employees

Managing Director Matthias Meier opened the cheerful evening with words from the famous philosopher Pythagoras of Samos. "Number is the essence of all things" and then, with a wink, put forward the thesis that Pythagoras is completely wrong with this statement.
In his personal speech to the jubilarians, Matthias Meier states that it is not the number of jubilee years that is the essence of all things, but the people behind the numbers. The employees with their individual personalities and know-how that make them important to the company.
5 x 10 years of service with the company
- Christian Fröhle joined us in 2012 as a sales clerk and took over as head of sales in 2014.
- Christian Goltz has been with our company since he was hired as head of the quality department.
- Tina Schmidt joined us full-time as a technical buyer and continues to work part-time in purchasing after the birth of her two children.
- Frank Wunderlin has been working as a welder in the apparatus engineering department since joining the company 10 years ago.
Managing Director Matthias Meier is also celebrating his 10th anniversary with the company. He joined Müller DrumTec as a design engineer, then moved into key account management, took over as head of the sales department (SGF 2) in 2014 and then became head of Global Customer Service in 2017. He has been Managing Director of Müller DrumTec since January 2022.
2 x 25 years at Müller in Rheinfelden
Silke Schmidt and Viktor Schäfer have been working at Müller DrumTec for 25 years. In addition to congratulations on their anniversary, they were able to receive the honorary certificate from the Hochrhein-Bodensee Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
- Silke Schmidt joined the company as a commercial clerk at the reception desk and took on part-time tasks in the HR department in 2013. Since this year, she has been working 50 percent in the HR department and 50 percent as an executive assistant.
- Viktor Schäfer has been employed as a welder in drum production since joining the company 25 years ago.
Incredible 40 years of service
But the star of the evening is without a doubt Dieter Linder. He joined what was then Müller GmbH in 1982, directly after completing his training as a locksmith. In 1998, he was promoted to master craftsman in charge of maintenance/servicing/locksmithery. Since September 2008, he has also been responsible for the apprentices construction mechanics and metal technology specialists, who always successfully complete their training. Since January 2022, Dieter Linder has also been a master barrel maker.
In addition to the heartfelt congratulations from the management, Dieter Linder also received the honorary certificate from the Hochrhein-Bodensee Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as the honorary certificate from the state of Baden-Württemberg, signed by Minister President Winfried Kretschmann. Honor to whom honor is due!
After the honors, the fine meal and entertaining conversations, in which funny Müller anecdotes from past years were not to be missed, all those present agree: they have spent a beautiful, unforgettable evening together. For Matthias Meier it is clear that this festive evening for the jubilarians, which was held for the first time, will henceforth have a fixed place in the Müller DrumTec agenda.
