September 2020 - Gradual normalization
First things first: Despite the coronavirus, the Müller companies are easily accessible for their customers and the delivery capacity within the Müller Group is consistently high.
Dear customers, suppliers and business partners
The easing measures after the long weeks of the lockdown have brought great relief to all people - also in the Müller Group. However, the situation surrounding the Covid 19 pandemic remains uncertain. An internal task force under the leadership of CEO Christian Reinau is therefore continuing to monitor the current situation closely and coordinate internal action.
The health of the employees is a top priority for Müller Group. All measures, rules of conduct and recommendations of the FOPH (Swiss Federal Office of Public Health, Switzerland) and the Robert Koch Institute (Germany) are therefore consistently implemented in the five companies of the Group. And in internal communications, the rules of conduct on social distancing and hygiene measures are regularly addressed. It remains important to keep your distance, wear masks where necessary, and wash your hands regularly and well.
To date, the Covid 19 pandemic has had no impact on the supply chains of raw material and component suppliers to Müller plants. These are stable and function smoothly. Production at the Müller sites in Münchenstein, Reiden, Muttenz and Rheinfelden (Germany) is also running according to plan. The delivery capacity is high and orders can be processed in the usual framework and customers can be supplied on schedule.
Fortunately, customer contacts are now also possible in person again. Nevertheless, visits to customers are currently still carried out cautiously and only in case of need or on customer request. Our service technicians are also working on site at the customer's premises in the usual manner, as they have been throughout the entire Corona crisis. All service activities are carried out in accordance with the recommended hygiene guidelines.
The people at Müller Group are strongly committed to fighting the corona virus and breaking possible transmission chains. For this reason, in our internal communications we always tell employees that the measures, rules of conduct and recommendations of the FOPH (Swiss Federal Office of Public Health, Switzerland) and the Robert Koch Institute (Germany) are not only directed at them, but also at their family members and friends.
In this spirit, we would like to thank you for the good partnership and wish you, your employees, your families and friends good health and confidence that together we will master this new situation that is new to us all.
